"The Beginning of The End"

Talofa my hunnies, and welcome to another un-necessary post by your favorite gal. This blog will be posted un-announced so if you are reading this, thank you. Take a seat, relax and read on... ______ In 2010 when I made the transition into high school, I always heard from seniors or older friends that graduation is the beginning of the end. The end of what? My Life? My Sexiness? What ending drew closer to me day by day that I didnt even know about. And as I sit in my office, I can understand how for some people, becoming an adult is "the end". I graduated high school in 2015, and had very big plans to go to university, study my brains off to become a lawyer, or a doctor etc. I even dabbled into the idea of becoming a police officer, study at Charles Sturt and everything. After high school I didn't even wait to catch my breath and before you know it, I was a telesales agent working in the city. Having no back ground in telesales, not even an ounce of experience and I...

The Other Side of The Mountains "distance makes the heart grow fonder" Written and Published by Lydia Rees  ><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>< Hi. My name is Lydia. I’m 21. Living alone. Far from home.  So you’re probably asking ( or maybe not ), how I came to find my self in this situation. Alone, far from home. It’s nothing special really, but I thought I would share my story anyways. As always my hunnies, sit down, relax, and read on... In 2017, I accepted a job that would inevitably change my life. New to the workforce, a few weeks of unemployment and my life a mess, this was one thing that seemed responsible, getting a job. A front office guest service agent position at Qu est Apartments Hotel in which I remained...

I followed her into the woods

I FOLLOWED HER INTO THE WOODS WRITTEN AND PUBLISHED BY : LYDIA REES Talofa my hunnies and if you are reading this blog, congratulations because i never officially announced or promoted its release. Ending 2018, i feel that its necessary to release a blog that has sat in my drafts for a few years. Grab what you need, kick back, and enjoy. ________________________________________________________________________________ I was in New Zealand Auckland and we had just checked into our hotel. I had a bedroom to myself but the beds were split into two. I finally laid down and had a nap and had one of the most scariest dreams ever. I have only ever told my family members only moments after i woke up. Its starts off in the forest, confused and shaken I'm looking around me like where the fuck am I, obviously. Exactly how you would feel if one moment you were in bed after an annoying flight and the next, you're in a fucking forest. It was strange because although it looked cold ...

Our Moments in Time

Talofa my hunnies and after weeks of being MIA, welcome back to another blog post by your favourite wanna be writer, Lia. As usual, grab a shnack (u r the shnack ;), get warm, get comfy and get ready. MOMENTS "TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN, AND RECOGNISE" This week, I want to talk about moments. Moments in time to be specific. These past few weeks that I have been away, I was able to once more discover beauty that laid beneath my bland life and I found this beauty in moments. With family. With friends. With 1/18 boyfriends. By myself. In my car. In my bedroom. In the back of a ute watching the sunset. In cold fields star gazing. Moments. I consider the most important moments of life, to be the 10 seconds where you feel the need to pause and just appreciate where you are, what you're doing, what you are seeing. Moments. When despite the rush of adrenaline, the rush of traffic, the rush of life, you just need to pause and smile at yourself, knowing that everything will b...

Tighter the better

Talofa hunnies and werrrcome to another blog with ya fav fatty Lia. Today we will be talking about some tight things and yes you guessed it, keeping your circle (of friends) tight. (what were u thinking ;) I think in almost every blog that has fallen off my fingers and into your eyes, i have mentioned at least a little about the essence of having a good group of friends. And the reason why this subject sits so dear to me is because i myself have been in situations where i had to sit back and look at the group of people that surround me, and now, i see it in my close friends, slowly being pulled by the worlds tide. Are they contributing positively to my well being. if not, why am i allowing them to stick around. Right now, it seems like the most suitable time to discuss such topics because i want to educate my younger siblings and even other people on how important it is to keep that circle tight (friendship circle that is ;). I once heard from a fortnite camper friend of mine t...

just christianity

JUST CHRISTIANITY "FORWARD IN FAITH & NOT BY SIGHT" Witten and Published : Lydia Rees ___________________________________________________________________________________ Talofa, hunnies & welcome to another blog with your favourite chubby bunny Lia! This week we are running through the life of a Christian in this day and age. Grab a SNACK, grab a DRINK, and perhaps even your bible if need be, and sit back, relax, and read. Google defines Christianity as a religion based on the person and teachings of Jesus Christ, or its beliefs and practices. Among the many other religions that flood the earth, I am happy to be Christian or like one of my sisters , Adrianna, mentioned in one of her sermons, A Child of God. Not only does "child of God" is easier to understand but it is straight forward where as "Christian" can have various definitions. Being a Christian in this day and age is ... Scary. I'm aware that there are other religious grou...
